Last updated 2 August 2026
Juicy Solutions Limited (“Juicy Solutions,” “we,” “us”) is a technology company based at 11 Adventure Road, Point Fortin, Trinidad and Tobago. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you sign up to receive staff alerts, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Staff Alerts sign-up page and the messages sent through that programme.
Mobile information: no third-party sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as customer service providers and messaging carriers, is permitted solely in order to deliver the messages you asked for. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
1. Information we collect
When you sign up through our opt-in form, we collect only what we need to reach you:
- Full name: so alerts and records can be attributed to you.
- Email address: for email alerts, daily digests, and correspondence.
- Mobile phone number: for text alerts, escalation calls, and, if you opt in, WhatsApp.
- Your consent choices: which channels you agreed to, the exact consent wording displayed to you, the date and time you submitted the form, the page address, your IP address, and your browser’s user agent string. We keep this so we can demonstrate that consent was properly given.
We do not collect payment information, government identifiers, precise location, or biometric data through this form.
2. How we use your information
- To deliver the staff alerts you signed up for, on the channels you selected.
- To place an automated call when a high-priority alert is not acknowledged.
- To respond when you reply HELP or contact us directly.
- To honour opt-out requests and keep a suppression record so you are not messaged again.
- To maintain proof of consent and delivery records as required by carrier rules and applicable law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the alert programme, and only to the extent needed to do so. These include our cloud hosting and database provider, Ruby Topaz as our messaging platform, Infobip as the messaging provider that transmits our text and voice traffic, the mobile carriers that deliver it, WhatsApp Business messaging through Meta Platforms, and our email delivery provider. Each is engaged under terms that limit their use of this information to providing their service to us. We do not authorise any of them to use your details for their own marketing.
We may disclose information where required by law, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Juicy Solutions Limited, our staff, or others.
As stated above, mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Your choices
Stopping text messages
Reply STOP to any text message from us and we will stop sending text alerts to that number. You will receive one final message confirming the opt-out. To start again, reply START or sign up again on the sign-up page.
Alerts to Trinidad and Tobago handsets are sent from an international number, and may in future be sent from an alphanumeric Sender ID that cannot receive replies. If you cannot reply to the sender, email contact@juicysolutionstt.com or call +1 (868) 768-3655. We treat that as equivalent to a STOP reply and action it within one business day.
Stopping WhatsApp messages
Reply STOP in the WhatsApp conversation, or block the sender in WhatsApp.

Access, correction, and deletion
Contact us at contact@juicysolutionstt.com to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We aim to respond within 30 days, and we will comply with any shorter period that applicable data protection law requires of us. Note that we retain a minimal suppression record after deletion, holding your number and the fact that you opted out, so that we can continue to honour that opt-out. Without it we would have no way to know not to message you again.
5. How we protect and retain information
Sign-up records are stored in an access-controlled Postgres database that is not reachable from the public internet. The sign-up page has no read access to it: the website can only append new consent records, never read, change, or delete them. The connection to the database is encrypted and certificate-verified, our hosting provider encrypts the stored data, and access is restricted to the small number of people who operate the alert programme.
We keep your sign-up record for as long as you are enrolled. After you opt out we keep the consent record for a further five years, then delete it. We hold it that long because we may be asked to prove that consent was properly obtained, and disputes about messaging can be raised for several years afterwards. The minimal suppression record described above is kept for as long as we operate the programme.
6. International transfers
Our hosting, messaging, and email providers may process data on servers outside Trinidad and Tobago, including in Europe and the United States. Messages to Trinidad and Tobago handsets are themselves routed internationally, because they are sent from a number outside the country. Where data is processed abroad it remains subject to the terms we hold with each provider, which restrict its use to delivering this service.
7. Children
This programme is intended for workplace use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has signed up, contact us and we will delete the record.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where required, notify enrolled staff directly. Continuing to receive alerts after a change means you accept the updated policy.
